This is 1st floor of the building. Which include lobby,Box office, Cafe, Gift Shop, Main Floor Concert Hall, Rehearsal Rooms, Green Rooms, Instrument Locker,restrooms and 1st floor of schools.

Only 2nd Floor has Concert Hall and other side has school.

 Only School has 3rd Floor and 4th Floor.

For my Project I choose Brooklyn site. Since I want to design a Music school with Concert Hall, I think Brooklyn is the best site for it. The view is great; the area has great history too. There is the site analysis for Brooklyn.
